Revol Studios works at the frontier of AI-powered creative technology. From AI Multilingual Dubbing to Avatar Creation, our tools are powerful - and with that power comes responsibility. This policy sets out how we use AI ethically, how we handle the data entrusted to us, and how we protect the rights of the people whose voices, faces, and stories we work with.

OUR pRINCIPLES

· Consent First: We will never use AI to replicate, synthesise, or transform a person's voice, face, or likeness without their explicit, informed,and written consent.
· Transparency: We will always be clear with clients and audiences when AI has been used in the creation of a deliverable.
· Human Oversight: AI is a tool, not a decision-maker. All AI-generated outputs at Revol Studios are reviewed and approved by a human creative before delivery.
· Fairness: We actively monitor the AI tools we use for bias, particularly in dubbing, translation, and avatar generation - and will not use tools that produce discriminatory or harmful outputs.

CONSENT & LIKENESS RIGHTS

• · All talent, voice artists, and individuals whose likeness is used in our work will sign a clear consent agreement before any AI processing takes place.
  · Consent agreements will specify exactly how the data will be used, stored, and whether it may be used in AI model training.
  · Individuals have the right to withdraw consent and request deletion of their data at any time.

• DATA HANDLING & RETENTION
• · Client footage, voice recordings, and 3D scan data are stored securely and only for as long as is necessary to deliver the agreed project.
  · We do not sell, share, or use client data for any purpose beyond the agreed scope of work without explicit written permission.
  · All data is handled in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  · Upon project completion, clients may request the deletion of all raw source data held by Revol Studios.

• AI TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
• · We carefully vet all third-party AI platforms and tools we use for their own data ethics and privacy policies.
  · We will not use platforms thatclaim ownership of, or the right to train on, client-submitted data without
  explicit consent.
  · We stay informed of developments in UK AI regulation and will update our practices accordingly.

• DEEPFAKE & MISUSE PREVENTION
• Revol Studios will never knowingly create content designed to deceive, defame, or misrepresent any individual or organisation. We will not fulfil requests for non-consensual deepfake content under any circumstances.
