Safeguarding, Wellbeing & Anti-Harassment Policy

Revol Studios is committed to creating a working environment where every person - employee, freelancer, intern, collaborator, or client - feels safe, respected, and supported. This policy sets out our approach to safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing, and our zero-tolerance stance on harassment, bullying, and discrimination of any kind.
sCOPE
This policy applies to all individuals who work with or for Revol Studios, including full-time and part-time employees, freelancers, interns, work experience placements, contractors, and volunteers. It covers all work-related settings, including remote work, client sites, events, and online communications.
sAFEGUARDING
- Given that our immersive content, including 360° tours, interactive video, and avatar creation - may be used in educational settings or with young people, we take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
· Any team member working directly with under -18s or vulnerable adults will under go appropriate DBS checks.
· We maintain clear boundaries and supervision protocols for any project involving young people or vulnerable communities.
· All safeguarding concerns will be reported to our designated safeguarding lead and, where necessary, to the relevant statutory authorities.
- ANTI-HARASSMENT & DISCRIMINATION
- · We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, victimisation, or discrimination on the basis of age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy ormaternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
· All complaints will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with confidentiality.
· Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith will not be tolerated.
- MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING
- · We actively support the mental health of our team through flexible working arrangements, regular check-ins, and access to mental health resources.
· We encourage open conversations about wellbeing and will make reasonable adjustments to support individuals whoare struggling.
· We recognise and support neurodiversity in our team, ensuring that our working practices are accessibleand inclusive.

If your concern involves a senior member ofthe team, you may contact an independent designated contact. All reports will be acknowledged within 5 working days and handled with full confidentiality.
