Project Brief

Simul Place partnered with Revol Studios to create an immersive virtual tour that would bring their unique workspace and bar experience to life online. The goal was to showcase the venue’s flexible spaces and contemporary design, increasing engagement with prospective tenants and boosting brand visibility. This project was delivered on a tight timeline, with a seamless process from consultation to launch.

The Simul Place process started with a collaborative consultation, working alongside Carl and his team to capture their vision and highlight the workspace’s most important features. We developed a precise plan and schedule, allowing us to photograph the venue at its best with minimal disruption. During production, we focused on delivering high-quality 360° imagery and interactive elements for a user-friendly virtual tour. The project concluded with a smooth handover, providing simple instructions for embedding and sharing the tour, ensuring Simul Place could showcase their space instantly online.
